Base URL https://addtothese.com/api/v1. Xác thực bằng Authorization: Bearer att_... (token API) hoặc phiên trình duyệt kèm X-CSRF-Token. Mọi body đều là JSON; lỗi có dạng {"error": "...", "code": "..."}.
