HTTP API
ベース URL は https://addtothese.com/api/v1 です。Authorization: Bearer att_...（API トークン）、またはブラウザのセッションと X-CSRF-Token で認証します。ボディはすべて JSON で、エラーは {"error": "...", "code": "..."} の形式です。
