- spread malware, run command-and-control servers or botnets, or relay spam;
- attack, scan or overload systems wey dem no give you permission to test;
- publish content wey illegal for United Kingdom, including child sexual abuse material, or content wey dey infringe another person rights;
- dodge plan limits, resell di service without our written agreement, or disturb di service or other customers.
We fit suspend endpoint or account immediately, without notice, when we get reasonable belief say e dey break dis rules or law, and we fit report illegal activity to di authorities. To report abuse, write to info@nordicbyte.co.uk with di URL and wetin you see.
4. Names and custom domains
Reserved subdomain na your own to use as long as your account dey on plan wey include am. We fit collect back names wey be reserved words, wey dey pretend to be brand, or wey nobody dey use for account wey don cancel. You must own or control any custom domain wey you connect.
5. Payment
We dey bill paid plans in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. We dey show prices for euros and dem no include VAT where VAT apply. Subscriptions dey renew automatically until you cancel from di Billing page; cancellation go start to work for di end of di period wey you don pay, and we no dey refund part of period except where law require am. If payment fail, we fit move di account go di Free plan after Stripe retry period. We go give at least 30 days notice by email before any price increase for your plan.
6. Consumers for UK and EU
If you be consumer, you go keep all di rights wey law give you, and nothing for dis terms dey limit dem. You agree say paid plan dey start immediately when you subscribe, and you accept say you go lose di 14-day right to cancel for any part of di service wey we don already supply; you fit still cancel future renewals anytime.
7. Availability
We dey work hard make AddToThese dey available but we no promise say di service no go ever stop. We fit do maintenance, and tunnels fit drop and reconnect. No depend on AddToThese as di only way to reach system where failure fit cause injury or serious loss.
8. Liability
Nothing for dis terms dey limit liability for death or personal injury wey negligence cause, for fraud, or any other liability wey law no allow make dem limit. Apart from dat, we no dey liable for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any 12-month period no go pass di amount wey you pay us for dat period, or EUR 50 if you dey on di Free plan.
9. How di agreement fit end
You fit stop to use AddToThese anytime and ask us make we delete your account. We fit end dis agreement with 30 days notice by email, or immediately if you seriously break section 3. When di agreement end, your endpoints go stop to work and we go release your reserved names.
10. Changes to dis terms
We fit update dis terms. For changes wey affect your rights, we go email you at least 30 days before dem start to apply; if you no agree, you fit cancel before dat time.
11. Law
Na di law of England and Wales dey govern dis terms, and na im courts get jurisdiction. If you be consumer wey dey live for another part of UK or for EU, you fit also bring case for where you dey live and you go keep di protection of di mandatory consumer law for dat place.
